Right to Cancel (for UK/EU customers): You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

How to Cancel: Inform us by email (peakconsultantseire@gmail.com) or post (Dublin, Ireland). A cancellation form is provided but is not mandatory.

Refunds: “Services offered before or after and if the work has been started there is no refund policy.”

Guarantees: “We do not Guarantee any positive outcome or result of the services being offered.”

Limitation of Liability: Peak Consultants will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, etc., arising from your use of the site.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peak Consultants from any claims arising from your use of the site or violation of these terms.

Applicable Law: The laws of Ireland.
